Yesterday Annelise came home from her grandma's (his parents) house. It's funny because it's almost like I don't miss her until she gets back...? Is that a bad thing to say? I guess my life is so busy and nuts with or without her here, that I tend to not notice much when she's gone... Actually, I do, I just don't know how to word this without sounding like some God-awful woman who hates her child... even though I absolutely DO NOT.... On to something else.

It's like, when she comes BACK from spending the weekend over there (or anywhere), she seems so much BIGGER, and knows how to do so much more stuff. Maybe I don't notice she's doing it before she leaves and tend to notice when she comes back because she hasn't been around for two days.

She's starting to squeal and (believe it or not) sit up on her own. We'll put her in her little bouncy chair (the one featured in this blog previously) and she'll crunch up like she's doing sit-ups to get to her hand instead of bringing her hand to her sometimes.

What else? Oh. She came home and his mom put her in her crib and I guess she had a nightmare or something. You can always tell when they're crying because they want something and when they're crying when they've been scared...

She's rapidly out growing her 0-3 month clothing, although some of it still fits and I, mistakenly, have been buying 6-9 month clothing (because they're so cute!) instead of 3-6 month clothing.... don't get me wrong, she has some, but not a whole lot. I remember the first "installment" shall we say that was sent down by Kim and Cath and man oh man... I'll put up a picture after this post. I stacked it all up as soon as I got it all out and took a picture. W-O-W! But I don't think there's but a few pieces she hasn't worn. I'm trying to get to all of them lol.

Work is okay. That's it. Just "okay" nothing more. Still demanding and I have some kind of fluid build up in my left ear so I can hardly hear a thing out of it.

Hmmm... something that's bothering me about Felix, though. His boss (well, not really... the property manager) called him when he was on lunch the other day... at home... to help her move her boxes of stuff in to her apartment (which is in front of and beside us in this building). So he got right up and went and did it. What? You're at home spending time with your family and you just jump up and help some one move boxes into their house? Also... the make ready on OUR apartment STILL isn't done and he has to finish hers first... Every place we've moved we've had to do our OWN make ready. It hardly seems fair that I STILL don't have cabinets and drawers in my kitchen and bathroom but because she's moving in NOW it all has to be done for her first.

Maybe I'm over reacting...

Anyway, I need to get back to laundry, we have a whole closet full that needed to be done about six months ago. Moving from place to place I didn't know what was clean and what was dirty, so we have to do them ALL!

Anyway, see you guys around.

Hilarious!!

If you know anything about Final Fantasy and have been interested in the upcoming USA release of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, you HAVE to see this!!

http://www.youtube.com/w/Mr.-Fluffy?v=FLPLWQwB0PY&search=Fluffy%20Clouds%20FF7%20VII%20Advent%20Children%20Fantasy%20Anime%20Games%20Playstation%20Humor%20Subtitles

Oh the horror stories I had heard about satin sheets before I bought them. Little children LEAPING into bed and sliding into walls and such... Although, yes, I did buy them (43.something cents with tax at Wal-Mart!) in black and my oh my, do I reccommend them no matter what other people say!

Although... don't plan on sleeping with a blanket or anything, because the problem we seem to have is that the comforter ("Microfiber down-alternative" as the label said) seems to slosh around inbetween me waking up and him rolling about.

Great, though.

We plan on doing one room at a time and somehow the bedroom came first. Now... I was supposed to get the say on particular, ah... DECOR, but I let him decide as I will sneakingly do the living room... or not, who knows. I'm too lazy to think sometimes.

Anyway, the bedroom we want in kind of a modern theme. Well... that would mean cleaning it first. Even though we all ready got the new bed threads. I was thinking some kind of black and white photos, probably of the baby or both girls, but I don't know. If not, some of those "cube" or floating shelves would be good. And plants somewhere in this place would be nice.

Anyway... Annelise is great, to skip up to her update since I haven't seriously written anything in quite some time. My brother's birthday was this past Thursday, by the way, but everyone reading this all ready knew that.

We had the baby's pictures taken in her Christmas dress and I'm hoping that once we get paid again next Friday, we will get some more taken.

Also got a photo album from Kim, my sister-in-law (Thanks, Kim!) so I have plenty of slots to tuck away those hospital photos... which means you won't have to send another, Cath, unless you REEEEALLY want to!

The girls at work make fun of me because I take pictures of her on my phone and I even have a video where she's "talking" recorded on there.

Aireka's birthday was on the 15th (Sunday before last) and the Tuesday after, Felix's brother, was Tony's 27th birthday. Yikes! Aireka is all ready five and I was thinking, "MAN! She's gotten B-I-G" since I first met Felix and Tony. Spoiled rotten. She got in trouble for lying. That girl could wind up with a lot of confusion in her head regarding rules at certain places. She has her mom's house (no rules... whatsoever), then her grandma's house (limited rules, but LOTS of spoiling) and then our house, (not a lot of rules, but totally different ones). She got in trouble for lying after she dropped a glass and broke it on the back of our new bigscreen. When I asked her why she was back there by the fireplace, she said she wasn't. I asked her again and told her that she wouldn't be in trouble if she would tell the truth and she told me she wasn't back there again... well, I gave her one last chance and she made up some story about her being asleep and walking with her eyes closed and blahblah... (I would have believed sleepwalking if she weren't so alert at the time of potential confession)... anyway, long story short, she went to her room to go to bed. I'm sure her daddy did the same thing, but she ignores us and lies constantly, so I'm trying to teach her not to and that if she tells the truth it's much better than making something up.

She also stands and climbs on our furniture. When we were living in the townhouse in Nassau Bay, she used to play on the stairs. I asked her if her grandma and grandpa let her do that at her house and she came back with, "My mommy lets me do it at HER house." So I said, "Well, I'm sorry, but you're not AT your mommy's house." God knows when the last time she was even over there was... well, I think it was her birthday.

Felix's mom is going to try to get custody of her legally, otherwise his child support is going to complete waste. Well... it's not going to Aireka, that's for sure. It's going to his ex-wife's hair and nail fund... day spa fund, whatever the h3ll it is!

Anyway...I managed to get rid of some hours this last Saturday... the [only] guy at work offered to take them so I said okay. Boy was he sorry he asked after going out the night before and not getting home until five am.

Had the lease to own company call me again. Does this woman even know what the heck she's doing?! "I'm calling to talk to you about your lease agreement." So I rudely replied (mind you this is AFTER she's called and harrassed two members of my family... one of which is not even living in this STATE) "What about it?" Ooooo, if you're going to hire some one, make sure they remember how to do the job. *choke choke*

Have a cheesecake that's, like, two weeks in the making. I better hurry up and make it for this lady at work or my strawberries are going to rot...

Anyway, I'll see you guys around. Pictures will be on their way somewhere closer to the beginning of February... they're not available for pick up until Jan. 31st anyway. Hoping to get you some cuter copies of her earlier pictures before then when we get paid that following Friday.

More to come!!!

Pictures of Annelise in her Christmas dress are up! Here is the address if you want it: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/babyksay/album?.dir=288d&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http%3a//photos.yahoo.com/ph//my_photos Also, you can order sheets (8 wallets, 2 5x7's or 1 8x10) from Searsportraits.com for 7.99/ea... after 48 hours they will be 15.00 each. My advice is to just either print these out yourself at home OR burn them to a CD and take them to Kinkos or like a Walgreens or Walmart... they make copies for, like 29 cents apiece! Anyway, if you want to order them through Sears, let me know and I will give out my login id information to you guys... family only, no weirdos! HA!

I heard a song on the radio on the way back from dropping Felix's brother off at their parents house yesterday. It's called "In My Daughter's Eyes" and is sung by Martina McBride. If you can, I suggest you download it because I reccommed it to everyone.

Anyway, we got Annelise's things in the mail today (had no idea they were coming! HA!) So thank you, Cath, we love them!

I'll update more later sometime, probably Thursday, work is wearing me out!
