I swear, she doesn't look this chunky in real life. I call her "biscuit" but mom says I should probably start calling her "loaf" LOL.

Got the idea from Ryan and Kim's bathroom pretty much. P.S. Told you the house was a mess. Posted by Picasa

Wow... I have so much more stuff to do to clean this house. Bleh >:p

Trying to get things together because Aireka will be here this weekend. The house is a disaster even though I got the living room furniture moved the way I want it. There's still tons of junk in the dining room and I still need to put the cabinets in the kitchen back up... for starters.

I'm trying to get everything in order for going back to school and selling the car and all that. I have several appointments within the next week. One on Monday for Annelise's WIC stuff, one on the sixth for her 4 month shots, and one on the 10th to tour the Art Institute campus again. I REALLY want to go there, but it's $$71,000$$+ for the degree. Insane.

I have some one that wants to take a look at the car on Monday evening. I put it up for $3000 which is kind of high, on purpose. That way, if they talk me down, I get the higher end of what I was first expecting. Most people think they've done good to talk you down a bit.

Been looking at a new bed for Aireka and I have some one that has a loft bed for $100 or will trade for a twin bed (which we currently have for her) so I sent her some pictures and hopefully we will trade and it will all come out free.

Need to get the linoleum to finish the bathrooms and kitchen... but especially the girl's bathroom (go ducky!).

Anyway, that's the update, I'm making a running list of debts, etc. that need to be paid off first, then the car goes and the "luxury purchases" are last. See ya around.

A little word of advice to mommies of little three month old babies...

Do NOT let them watch the movie Fat Albert with you!

It scared the stuffing right out of Annelise the other night, I forgot to mention. Then she refused to go to bed at her normal time, it took me about an hour/hour and a half to put her down and then when she finally was asleep, she woke up at three crying her little eyes out and screaming her little head off because she'd had a nightmare (probably about....................Fat Albert!).

Thought you might like to know.

P.S. She is SIXTEEN POUNDS now!!! Chub never looked so cute in a onesie.

So I had yesterday and today off. Ask me what all I got done around here. Go ahead, ask, don't be shy.

NOTHING.

Yeah, a little paint, but other than that, I only managed to tump over the golf clubs and get wharfed all over (and the latter wasn't even at home, it was in public... not that anyone else saw.)

Got Annelise's birth certificate and her social so I could do my taxes.

What a relief to see those numbers popping up for a F-A-T refund, let me tell you.

Going to get a new car hopefully sometime in the next month. I'm looking for an even trade on the Porsche now. I was thinking maybe I shouldn't trade it in and we should just keep it... but it would probably just sit and do nothing and cost us quite a hunk of change of my return to purchase another car, so I don't like that option too much.

Anyway, sent it off today, so hopefully I'll get it before we get paid again around the first of the month. Cross your fingers.

So when do I get a day off? Whassat? Never you say? You think I would get a break on the weekends, but I still have to go to work, so it's like... no. Felix has his parents pick up Annelise, so he doesn't have to watch her... Ever really. He works Monday through Friday and I work at night... The weeks he's not on call he's supposed to call my mom and have her drop Annelise back off here and take care of her until I get home by himself, but since the car is broken (again), he doesn't have to worry about that because she just brings her back with her when she picks me up from work. The weeks he IS on call, I pick her up from Mom's when I get off. I watch her until I go to work in the morning, so Friday and Saturday mornings he's supposed to get up with her... but since she goes to his parents house all the time now, he doesn't have to... I mean, don't get me wrong, it's nice to have time to ourselves, but does anyone else feel like this is cheating so to speak? That he's not really "sharing the load"?

Mom said yesterday she got her little bee rattle out of it's holder. She's also bringing her hands together and today was really the first day that she squealed to her little heart's content...

Felix wants to change jobs again... He wants to go work with Rachel (his best friend's "wife") somewhere off of 1960, which is pretty out there from here.

I've been doing laundry pretty much nonstop today and I got the dining room boxes eliminated... we still have to disassemble the dining table and chairs and put them away in the patio closet... I only have so much time. We have to get her a high chair and I want to get her an excersaucer sometime soon. Seems like she's got more toys at Grandmas!
