Looks like 2005/2006 will be the year that I've finally decided to grow up. So far I'm looking at college, a house, all ready had a baby, and getting a new (well, really not "new") car... yikes. But better to get it all over with than to stretch it all out, right?

My refund check is finally "scheduled" to be mailed out this Friday. What a relief to say the least to know that it should be hear by midweek next week. The only other hard thing to do will be to catch up on bills and get a bank account open... oh and list the car... and find a house and close on it... boo. Which means I'll probably have to keep working depending on the mortgage... but over $800 is TOO MUCH for a two bedroom apartment. And the make ready on it wasn't even able to be finished! I think we should take the new applainces lol...

Anyway, that was just the update... The kid's asleep... Felix was holding her to stand up today and she is taller than where his knees are!! She is huge! Anyway... see you guys around.

Went to the Art Institute of Houston yesterday to check out the Interior Design course they have there. It's a Bachelor's degree, but super expensive. I might look into U of H because Mom is saying they also have a BS degree.

Annelise was REALLY sick last week. She had a 102.9 fever at one point. She's all right now. Then Felix got sick so he didn't work a couple days and watched Annelise... She's so tough to put to sleep for the night now. And she doesn't sleep through at all anymore. She'll wake up at two and then maybe four or six. It's not like her at all... I'm still waiting on the IRS check so that I can get her high chair and whatnot. I think that's going to be a big help in cereal feedings.

I might stop working for a couple months. We never finished the apt. when we moved in and there's still a lot of stuff to do... like paint, tile, etc. The girl's room isn't even put up, it's just furniture in a room. The website says I should get the check by the 11th of April :(
